県教委 スマホ制限ルール正式発表

　岡山県教委は３１日、県内の小中学生に午後９時以降、スマートフォン・携帯電話を親に預け、利用を制限する統一ルールを１１月１日からスタートさせると正式に発表した。家庭学習の時間確保による学力の向上、インターネット上でのいじめやトラブル防止が狙い。都道府県教委が主導し、全県的にスマホ・携帯の利用制限を行うのは全国で初めて。
