３日、岡山市中区古京町の岡山衛生会館で開かれた。

歳以上となる２０２５年を目標に、地域の特性に応じたシステム構築を目指して

護老人ホーム、訪問看護ステーション、ケアマネジャーなどの代表７人が現状や

課題を報告。「在宅医療・介護の重要性は今後一段と高まる」「多様な業種、職

種間の相互理解が欠かせない」「人材不足を補うためにも今ある資源を有効に活
