岡山県私学協会は２７日、県内の私立高校２１校が共通日程で行う２０１５年度選抜１期入試の出願状況を発表した。総募集定員５４６７人に対し、併願もあるため延べ２万７５２８人が出願。平均競争率は前年度を０・０５ポイント下回る５・０４倍となった。
　平均競争率が前年度を下回ったのは、現行の集計方法になった０５年度以降で初めて。中学校卒業見込み者の減少に伴い、出願者数が前年度より延べ３８３人減ったのが要因。それでも５倍を超えており、同協会は「進学や就職のニーズに沿った多彩な学科・コースを選べる私学志向は続いている」としている。
　学校別では８校で出願者数が前年度より増え、１００人以上増えたのは就実（４２５人増）と倉敷（１３６人増）。明誠学院、学芸館など１３校は減少した。
　競争率は４校の１０コースで１０倍を超え、最も高いのは、医・歯・薬学部への進学を目指す明誠学院普通科特別進学コースIII類の７３・００倍。学科・コースの新設は２校で、岡山理科大付の教育学科は１・７５倍、興譲館の普通科トータル進学コースは３・１１倍だった。定員割れはなかった。

国公立大２次試験の願書受け付けが２６日、岡山大（岡山市北区津島中）など岡山県内３校を含む１６４校で始まった。受験生は１７、１８の両日に実施された大学入試センター試験の結果を基に志望大学を選んで出願。２月４日に締め切られる。
　文部科学省によると、出願を受け付けるのは国立８２校、公立８２校で、募集人員は約１０万人。国立４３校の１２１学部、公立１８校の３７学部は、センター試験の結果で門前払いする「二段階選抜」を予告している。
　２次試験は前期日程が２月２５日から、後期日程が３月１２日以降。一部公立大の中期日程は３月８日以降に実施される。
　岡山県内では岡山大、県立大（総社市窪木）、新見公立大（新見市西方）で受け付けを開始。出願のピークは２月２日とみている。
　一般入試の募集人員は岡山大が前期１４８８人、後期２６４人の計１７５２人。県立大は前期１８３人、中期６１人、後期２３人の計２６７人。新見公立大は前期４０人、後期８人の計４８人。各大学の学部・学科別の志願状況は、それぞれのホームページで公開される。

岡山県立高競争率 最低１.０８倍

岡山県教委は２６日、今春の県内中学校卒業見込み者を対象にした最終の第２次進学希望調査結果（１０日現在）を発表した。県立全日制高校５０校の平均競争率は１・０８倍で、前年同期を０・０２ポイント下回り、記録が残る１９５９年以降で最低となった。
　県立全日制の競争率は５年連続の低下。うち直近の３年は最低競争率を連続して更新した。少子化の影響とともに、私立高校への進学希望者が増える傾向が続いていることが主な要因。
　県立全日制は５０校１２７科２コースある。競争率が２倍を超えた学科は２年連続でなく、最も高いのが岡山工情報技術科の１・７８倍、次が岡山南生活創造科の１・７０倍。普通科の最高は芳泉で１・３７倍だった。一方、２９校４６科は希望者が定員に達せず、勝山蒜山校地普通科が０・３０倍で最も低かった。
　県内の中学校卒業見込み者は１万８６１５人で、このうち１万８３７５人（９８・７％）が進学を希望。県立全日制を１万２９４５人、県内私立全日制を３５３１人が望んだ。進学希望者全体に占める割合は県立全日制が７０・４％で前年同期を１・０ポイント下回ったのに対し、県内私立全日制は１９・２％で前年同期を０・８ポイント上回った。
　県立全日制の入試日程は、特別入試が３０日～２月３日に出願を受け付け、同１２、１３日に学力検査や面接などを行う。一般入試の出願期間は同２５～２７日で、３月１２日に学力検査、同１３日に面接と実技を実施する。

◇「支える立場になる」

　今月１７日、６４３４人の犠牲者を出した阪神大震災の発生から２０年を迎えた。家族や友人を亡くした震災を忘れない、次の世代に経験を引き継ぎたい……。私は昨年秋から「震災２０年」取材を担当し、多くの被災者に会った。震災で「生かされた命」でどのように生きるか。阪神の経験を将来の災害にどう生かすか。被災者から託された言葉を伝えたい。

　阪神大震災で被災した約３０世帯が住む赤磐市山陽の県営山陽団地で、防災士として活動する女性がいる。１９９５年４月に神戸市長田区から移り住んだ三俣康子さん（７０）だ。「神戸の街は懐かしいけど、自分なりの道を見出したい」と、２０１３年に民間資格の防災士を取得した。

　康子さんは９４年秋、乳がんの手術を受けた。「元気になろう」と思った矢先の９５年１月１７日に震災が発生。夫康悠紀さん（７８）、長男（４６）、次男（４０）と住む自宅は残ったが、近所では多くの家が倒壊し、火災で焼けた。室内に人がいるかもしれないのに、水がなく消火ができない。がれきの街でうずくまる人々に、康悠紀さんは声もかけられなかった。

　翌日、康子さんは岡山市の長女（４８）の家へ、康悠紀さんらは自宅などと別の生活が始まった。康悠紀さんは３月、震災で規模を縮小した神戸市の貿易会社を退職。夫妻で４月、愛犬を連れて山陽団地に入居した。一時避難のつもりで自宅を修繕したが、９７年にやむを得ず家を手放す事情ができ、山陽団地に本格的に住むことにした。

　赤磐市での生活は、電車やバスも頻繁に通る都会の神戸とはかけ離れていた。しかし、康子さんは一つずつ、「ここで生きる意味」を見つけた。窓から見える朝日の美しさ、散歩道にあるカヤに似た草を使う「のれん」作り……。障害者と接するボランティアは人とのつながりをもたらした。「ありがとう」と書かれた手紙が届き、「１年後の行事でまた会おう」と笑い合う。そんな日々に「新しい力をもらい生きている」と実感した。

　夫妻は移住後、さまざまな病気も乗り越えた。康子さんは９７年に病院を退院する時、長女が贈ったヒマワリの花束に励まされた。ヒマワリを選んだ理由を長女に尋ねると、「だってお母さんだもん」。康子さんは「私が新しい環境で立ち上がろうとする意志を分かってくれた」と感じた。

　２０１１年３月には、東日本大震災が発生。夫妻は阪神での被災後の経験を思い返した。「自然災害には勝てないから守る」。康子さんは１３年、防災士を取得。昨年１２月、市内の防災行事の準備中、仲間から「被災者側ではあかんで」と声をかけられ、「私は被災者を支える立場になるんだ」と実感した。

　阪神大震災から２０年。夫妻は要請があれば、県内で体験を語ってきた。「震災に区切りはつかないけれど、前を向いて歩いていかないと」と話す。
