　今回の豆まき式は女性に配慮し、男女で豆を拾うエリアを分けた。母親と訪れた倉敷市の会社員の女性（３１）は「強く押されることもなく安心して取ることができた。今年一年、健康に過ごしたい」と話した。

岡山市と岡山商工会議所による「おかやま都市交通戦略連携会議」が２日、市内であり、ＪＲ岡山駅東口バスターミナルで３カ所に分散している「県庁前」バス停方面の乗り場の再編、循環バス「めぐりん」の乗り入れの是非について、市が４パターンを示した。

　市、同会議所、ターミナルを利用するバス会社から幹部計１５人が出席。バス会社の幹部は「同じ乗り場を複数の社で使うとダイヤ調整が難しい」「各社が利害ばかりを主張せず、譲り合う必要がある」「乗り入れが増えると安全面が心配」などと述べた。
　市と同会議所は「利用者の利便向上のため、課題の解決につながるアイデアを提案してほしい」と求め、市が今月中に各バス会社から意見を聞き、次回会合であらためて協議することにした。

西大寺観音院で「会陽事始め」 岡山

２１日に西大寺観音院（岡山市東区西大寺中）で行われる裸祭り「西大寺会陽」に向け、一連の行事の幕開けとなる「会陽事始め」が２日、同観音院であった。裸の男たちが奪い合う宝木（しんぎ）を作る道具を磨き、法会を営んだ。
　道具磨きは棟梁（とうりょう）の次田尚生さん（７６）、典生さん（４５）父子＝同邑久郷＝が実施。烏帽子（えぼし）に白装束の姿で、客殿に並べられた鉋（かんな）を砥石（といし）で磨くなど１１点の道具を丁寧に手入れした。
　法会は本堂であり、祝い主のネッツトヨタ岡山（同市南区泉田）、ネッツトヨタ香川（高松市木太町）の役員、西大寺会陽奉賛会のメンバーら約４０人が参列した。坪井全広住職（７１）らが読経し、会陽の成功と参加者の無事を祈った。
　４日深夜からは宝木の原木を取りに行く「宝木取り」、５日は「宝木削り」がある。８日には五穀豊穣（ほうじょう）などを祈願する「修正会（しゅしょうえ）」が始まり、結願（けちがん）となる２１日午後１０時、本堂の御福窓から２本の宝木を投下する。
　西大寺会陽は１５１０年に始まったとされ、日本三大奇祭の一つに数えられる。

千足古墳の石室をレプリカで再現

国史跡・千足古墳（岡山市北区新庄下）の石室の復元レプリカが２日、同市中区網浜の市埋蔵文化財センターにお目見えした。直線と弧を複雑に絡ませた古代文様「直弧文」が刻まれた石障（石材）などを原寸大で再現しており、常設展示される。損傷が激しいため同センターで保管している本物の石障も１４日までの期間限定で展示が始まった。
　千足古墳は墳長８１メートルの前方後円墳。石室（長さ２・９メートル、幅１・８メートル、高さ２・５メートル）は過去の盗掘で穴が開き、雨水などで内部が劣化。立ち入りが禁止されており、記録保存と市民らへの説明のため、市教委がレプリカで復元した。
　繊維強化プラスチック（ＦＲＰ）を用い、石室のほぼ半分のスペースを再現。石障の直弧文は今ほど劣化していなかった約４０年前に作った模型を参考にして鮮明に描いている。壁面に積み上げられた岩の凹凸、表面の赤色顔料なども精密に表現している。
　同市北区の男性（７１）は「石室の様子が精巧に作られており、雰囲気が伝わってくる」と話した。
　本物の石障は劣化を防ぐため、原則公開していないが、２０１３年から毎年、期間限定で展示している。

国際協力機構（ＪＩＣＡ）の「日アフリカ・ビジネスウーマン交流プログラム」に参加しているアフリカのフランス語圏８カ国の訪日団が２日、畳縁（たたみべり）製造の高田織物（倉敷市児島唐琴）を訪れ、特産品づくりの現場を視察した。
　訪れたのは服飾、食品分野の女性企業家や政府関係者計１６人。高田幸雄社長から畳縁生産の歴史、装飾性や補強といった機能について説明を聞いた後、製造現場を見て回った。
　製織工程では、柄出し装置を搭載した織機が高速で幾何学模様を描き出していく様子を見学。敷地内のファクトリーショップも訪れた。トーゴ出身の服飾デザイナー・コトコ・ベグラさんは「女性従業員の熱心な仕事ぶりに感心した」と話していた。
　一行は１月２６日に来日し、横浜市の女性企業家を訪ねるなど女性を取り巻くビジネス環境や日本の企業家支援策を調査している。県内には３日まで滞在し、農業の６次産業化を手掛ける岡山市内の企業などを訪問する。
　同プログラムは、横浜市で２０１３年６月に開かれた第５回アフリカ開発会議で、女性の社会参加の後押しなどを表明した「横浜宣言」が採択されたのを受け創設された。

将来発生することが予想される南海トラフ巨大地震について、東日本大震災の被災者らを交えて話し合う「被災地間相互交流公開フォーラム」が１日、北区の岡山国際交流センターであった。主催した国際医療ＮＧＯ・ＡＭＤＡ（北区）の大政朋子さんらが被災地支援について報告し、今後の災害では、被災者に、避難所運営などについて助言する「避難所コーディネーター」として支援活動に参加することを呼び掛けた。

　東日本大震災の被災地支援を踏まえ、大政さんは「避難所生活がどんなもので、どうすれば良いかは、経験した人でしかわからないことがある。避難所生活で得た知恵を南海トラフ巨大地震が発生した場合には力として貸してほしい」と、避難所コーディネーターの役割の重要性を強調した。

　宮城県の被災者からは「震災後、行政の機能しない中、最初にやったことは、みんなの中からリーダーを選ぶなどし、自治会を組織したことだった」といった話が出た。

　また、大政さんは、大震災の被災地の中でも、地域ごとに支援格差があったことなどを指摘した。被災者からは「支援物資はどんどん届くが、必要としている場所にすぐに届けられないということがあった。震災前から物資の支援ルートを確保しておくべきだ」といった意見が出た。

　また、南海トラフ巨大地震で被災が予想される高知、徳島両県職員らの参加もあり、津波に備えた取り組みなどの報告があった。
