県知事が漫才トリオに加入！？　伊原木隆太知事は３日、県ＰＲの一環として、県出身の漫才コンビ・千鳥とともに「もんげーボーイズ」を結成すると発表した。観光ＰＲのための限定ユニットで、今後はイベントなどで３人そろっての出演も検討していくという。

　千鳥は「岡山の漫才番長」をキャッチフレーズに、岡山弁を駆使した掛け合いで人気上昇中の漫才コンビ。ボケ役の大悟さんは笠岡市の北木島出身、つっこみ役のノブさんは井原市出身であることから、県は２７、２８人目の「おかやま晴れの国大使」に就任してもらった。３日の委嘱式で、伊原木知事がトリオ結成を打診すると、２人が快諾。晴れて３人目の千鳥メンバー「リュータ」が誕生したという。

　伊原木知事は「ふだんは記者会見などで突っ込まれる立場。うまく切り返しができるか不安」。これまで県の観光ＰＲ動画で、趣味のアルトサックスを披露した経験があるが、漫才は初めてという。

岡山弁を使った漫才で知られるお笑いコンビ「千鳥」の大悟さん（３４）＝笠岡市出身＝とノブさん（３５）＝井原市出身＝が３日、岡山県をＰＲする「おかやま晴れの国大使」に就任し、県の新たなキャッチフレーズの岡山弁「もんげー（ものすごい）」をアピールした。
　東京・新橋の共同アンテナショップ「とっとり・おかやま新橋館」で伊原木隆太知事が「岡山弁でどんどんボケとツッコミをしてもらいたい」と委嘱状を交付。大悟さんとノブさんは「漫才にもんげーも入れていく」と意気込みを語った。
　委嘱式を終えると３人は「もんげーボーイズ」と称して、岡山が生産量全国トップの学生服を着て、瀬戸内の魚など岡山の魅力についてトークショーを繰り広げた。

就任式終了後、報道陣の取材に応じた伊原木知事は、「これからは、"元千鳥、もんげーボーイズ"と名乗って欲しい」と改名を強制し、ノブは、「改名はしない！」と一点張り。大悟も、"もんげーボーイズ"の今後の活動に、「3人分考えなきゃいけないから、大変な作業になってくる。(知事は)足枷ですね……」と本音を漏らして笑いを誘った。また、同県を舞台にした映画『でーれーガールズ』(21日公開)に出演している桃瀬は、劇中の制服姿で登場。「おかやま晴れの国大使」でもある桃瀬は、同県にちなんだイラスト対決に挑んだが、その味のある絵心に会場は大爆笑だった。

　訴状では、東電は２００６年５月までには大規模地震、津波が発生し、全電源喪失の可能性を予見できたのに対策を講じる義務を怠った。国は原発を規制監督する権限を持ちながら、事故防止に必要な措置を取らなかったとしている。

岡山県内私立高１期入試始まる

　合格発表は白陵が最も早く４日、金光学園が６日、高梁日新、美作、作陽、共生が９日、他の１５校は１０日。１７校による選抜２期入試は２４日にある。
　選抜１期入試の出願時点での平均競争率は５・０４倍。現行の集計方法となった２００５年度以降で２番目に高い。

小学全科目中学３科目 平均下回る

岡山県教委は２日、昨年１１月に公立の全ての小学４、５年生と中学２年生を対象に実施した「学力定着状況たしかめテスト」の結果を発表した。全国学力テストの過去の問題を中心に出題し、小学生は全科目で、中学生は５科目のうち３科目で全国平均を下回った。
　小６と中３を対象にした２００７～１４年度の全国学力テスト問題を小４、５、中２の学習範囲内で再構成し、他の全国規模テストの問題を加えた。小５と中２は今年春に全国学力テストを受ける学年で、過去の問題を解くことで学力向上に役立てる。小４は主に基礎的知識を問うＡ問題のみ解いた。
　国語、算数・数学のＡ問題は全ての学年で全国平均以下となり、１１・０～１・７ポイント低かった。知識の活用力をみるＢ問題は、中２の国語で０・４ポイント上回ったほかは３・８～２・２ポイント下回った。
　県教委義務教育課は「小学校は漢字、計算の基礎はよくできていたが、応用が試される設問で正答率が低かった。中学校は国語も数学も応用力が必要な問題で無解答の割合が高かった」とし、学習内容の定着を各学校などに求めている。
　たしかめテストは県教委が２０１３年度に始め、２回目。初回は採点基準が統一されていなかったことなどから、結果を公表していない。
