サッカー女子・なでしこリーグの６チームが参加するプレシーズンマッチ「なでしこ交流戦」が１８日、千葉県市原市の市原スポレクパークなどで開幕した。同リーグ１部の岡山湯郷ベルは２試合に臨み、初戦で同じ１部の仙台に３?０で快勝したが、浦和には０?２で敗れた。
　湯郷ベルは仙台戦の前半３分、新加入のＦＷ岸野がゴール前で相手ミスから足元に来たボールを冷静に流し込み先制。岸野は４４分にもＭＦ葛間からのスルーパスに抜け出し２点目を挙げた。後半３０分にはＭＦ小林真が左サイドを崩した後のこぼれ球をＭＦ浅野が決めてダメ押し。守備陣も危なげなかった。

　日本女子サッカーリーグは１８日、今季から２部制に改編したなでしこリーグの日程を発表し、１、２部ともに１０チームが参加し３月２８日に開幕する。岡山勢はともに同２９日の初戦をホームで迎え、１部の岡山湯郷ベルは美作市の美作ラグビーサッカー場でＡＳ埼玉と対戦、２部の吉備国大シャルムは岡山市のシティライトスタジアム（現カンコースタジアム）でＳ世田谷とぶつかる。
　１部は２回戦総当たりのレギュラーシリーズを９月２７日まで行った後、上位６チームと下位４チームに分かれるプレーオフ「エキサイティングシリーズ」を１０月１０日から実施して年間順位を決める。２部は３回戦総当たりで対戦。女子ワールドカップのため１部は５月中旬から約２カ月間、中断される。
　１部のレギュラーシリーズは全１８節。岡山湯郷ベルのホーム戦は美作ラグビーサッカー場で６試合、シティライトスタジアムで２試合、津山陸上競技場（津山市）で１試合行う。２部は全２７節あり、吉備国大のホームゲームは１４試合を実施。シティライトスタジアムで４試合、津山陸上競技場と笠岡陸上競技場（笠岡市）で各３試合などが組まれた。

　有害サイトへの接続制限については、１８歳未満への携帯電話販売で事業者に法律で原則義務付けられていることを踏まえ、「携帯電話を親名義で購入されては意味がない。保護者の理解を促すため有効な説明が必要だ」といった意見も出た。
　県は２０１５年度当初予算案で、手法を検討・推進するための組織設置に向けた経費として４７万１千円を計上している。

　－事件はどこで知りましたか。
　自宅アパートで日本人の友人と過ごしており、日本大使館からのメールで事件を知りました。容疑者が乗り捨てた車は自宅アパートの目と鼻の先で、警察官や警察車両、特殊部隊、ヘリコプターなどで辺りは騒然としていました。警察から、市民は自宅に待機して外出しないよう警告が出ていましたし、事件現場が自宅付近ということもあって家でおとなしくしていました。もし一人でいたらとても怖かったと思います。
　－現場となった討論会場のカフェはどんな場所ですか。
　カフェは自宅から自転車で５分ほどの距離。週末の散歩コースで、休憩や雨宿りをしていた場所です。ふだんは地元の人たちが集まり、小規模なイベントを開いています。デンマーク人はどんな時でもリラックスした空間に身をおくことが好きなので、あの日もお茶を飲みながら、ゆったりした雰囲気で討論していたのではないでしょうか。
　－市内の様子は。

中学生が実践的英会話に挑戦

　岡山市北区津島京町の京山中学校で１８日、岡山大への留学生を招いて英語で交流する「イングリッシュ・デイ」が開かれ、生徒たちが外国人を相手に実践的な英会話に挑戦した。
　同中２年生約２９０人が午前と午後に分かれて参加。ケニア、カンボジア、韓国といった１３カ国出身の留学生２２人はそれぞれ６、７人の生徒とグループになり、自国の歴史や文化などを英語で紹介した。生徒も「人気のスポーツは何か」「母国の人口はどのくらいか」といった質問を英語で投げ掛けた。
　男子生徒（１４）は「英語が通じて自信になった」、女子生徒（１４）は「異文化も学べ、良い経験になった」と話していた。
　同中は生徒の英語力向上などを目的にイングリッシュ・デイを昨年、初めて開いた。今回が２回目。

国際理解「グローバル」授業公開

世界で活躍する人材の育成を目指す「スーパーグローバルハイスクール」に文部科学省から指定されている城東高校（岡山市中区下）は１８日、国際理解を目的に指定校が取り組む科目「グローバル」の公開授業を行った。
　１年生の授業を公開し、岡山県内外の高校教員ら約２０人が同校を訪れた。
　同科目は日本史や世界史、地理などの学習内容をヒントに生徒が自ら課題を設定し、調査を進める。１年６組では生徒３８人が８グループに分かれ、昨年１２月からグループごとに取り組んできた調査結果を発表。江戸時代の津山藩医・宇田川榕菴（ようあん）（１７９８～１８４６年）が日本に植物学や化学を紹介し、現代の日本人が海外で活躍する礎の一部になっていると位置付けるなどした。
　同校は２０１４年度から５年間、スーパーグローバルハイスクールに指定されている。

山田方谷に地域活性化の手法学べ 岡山

幕末に備中松山藩の財政を立て直した山田方谷（１８０５～７７年）の手法を生かした地域活性化策について考えるシンポジウム「蘇（よみがえ）れ！岡山魂-山田方谷から学ぶ-」が３月４日、岡山市北区柳町の山陽新聞社さん太ホールで開かれる。
　岡山ロータリークラブの創立８１周年記念事業。方谷の子孫で、独立行政法人都市再生機構理事の野島透氏が基調講演。同クラブの古市大蔵会長をコーディネーターに、岡崎彬・岡山商工会議所会頭、小嶋光信・両備ホールディングス会長、宮長雅人・中国銀行頭取、野島氏がパネルディスカッションする。
　時間は午後２時～４時４５分。無料だが入場整理券が必要。申し込みは、岡山商工会議所地域振興課（０８６-２３２-２２６６）。
