山陽ＳＣ開発（岡山市北区駅元町）は１９日、ＪＲ岡山駅地下の商業施設・岡山一番街（同所）の飲食ゾーンをリニューアルオープンした。同ゾーンの大規模改装は２０年ぶり。岡山初進出の３店を含む９店をそろえ、飲食部門で１０％の売り上げ増を目指す。
　同駅南へのイオンモール岡山開業（１２月）で周辺通行客が増えることもにらんで改装。主要客の２０～３０代女性らを掘り起こす。
　フロア全体の１５％に当たる約１２００平方メートルを一新。家庭料理がメーンの和食店「はしや」（中四国初）、和風カフェの「チャノマ」（岡山初）、広島名物のつけ麺店「ばくだん屋」（同）が新規出店。既存店も移転・拡張した。
　１１月１９日には全国にカフェを展開する「カフェ・カンパニー」（東京）がフードコート（１６０席規模）をオープンする予定で、地元食材を使ったメニューなどを提供。店舗数は１２店から９店となる。投資額は非公表。
　改装に伴い、ゾーンの名称も「美味（あじ）の小路（こみち）」から「キッチンランウェイ」に変更した。
　山陽ＳＣ開発の押川正大社長は「食事を楽しめるおしゃれな空間をつくることで、買い物客の増加にもつなげたい」と話している。
