自民は、比例復活した１人を含む前議員５人を１～５区に擁立し、選挙区での全員当選を目指す。１９９８年の結党以来、全選挙区で立候補者を擁立してきた民主は今回、２区と４区に立てる比例復活の前議員２人に注力する。次世代は３区で前議員が再選を狙い、共産は全選挙区で新人の立候補を表明した。
■１区
自民・逢沢一郎氏は２２日朝に地元入りを予定。支持団体や県連の会合などに出席し、２３日は事務所開きを行う。共産・向谷千鳥氏は２１日、テレビで解散を見届けた後、決起集会。週末は選挙区を巡り、街頭演説やミニ集会を開く。
■２区
自民・山下貴司氏は２１日夕に帰郷すると、夜はさっそく支援者を回った。２２日も朝から選挙区内のイベントに繰り出す。民主・津村啓介氏は２２日に支持団体の集会などに参加。週末は選挙区内にとどまり、２４日は事務所開きに立ち会う。共産・井上素子氏は２１日、地元の玉野市で市議らと街頭活動をし、週末は岡山市東区などで街頭に立つ。
■３区
次世代・平沼赳夫氏は党首としての遊説を優先し、後援会が選挙準備などを支える。自民・阿部俊子氏は２１日に後援会の会合に出席。政務の合間を縫って東京と往復する。共産・古松国昭氏は「反自民の受け皿に」と訴え、２１日は市議らと支援者回りを始めた。
■４区
自民・橋本岳氏は派閥の会合後に地元入り。２２日は県連の会合などに出席するほか、あいさつ回りを行う予定という。民主・柚木道義氏は衆院本会議を終えると飛行機で帰郷。岡山市で支持団体の大会に参加し、支援を呼びかけた。共産・垣内雄一氏は２１日、早朝から倉敷市の水島地区で街頭に立つなど街宣活動をし、２２日も選挙区内を走る。
■５区
自民・加藤勝信氏は地元事務所スタッフが支援者などに電話。自身は２２日朝に地元に戻り、会合などに出席する。共産・美見芳明氏は総社市内を車で回り、街頭演説をこなした。２２日は新見市に向かい、支援を呼びかける。
